Immortality has a price.

Aelia has lived for thousands of years, died hundreds of times, and buried everyone she’s ever cared about. She’s seen it all, done it all, and is eager for something to make life bright again. Except the organization meant to protect the Arcane is terrorizing her in dreams, seeking information they don’t deserve. Between that and the depression that has weighed on her for years, she’s desperate to become mortal. To live a normal life and see her family again on the other side. Even the idea of rebuilding the newly rediscovered Lemuria isn’t enough to lift the weight.

Aaron has been drawn to the ancient human since their first meeting, and he will not allow her to drown in sorrow without doing everything he can to save her.
